The REAL answer...In Māori mythology, Tiki is the first man created by
Tāne, the Atua (god) of forest and birds. Māori culture consist of the customs, cultural practices, and beliefs of the indigenous people of New Zealand and other Polynesian islands. The modern day tiki culture celebrates Polynesian traditions through exotically decorated bars and restaurants that aim to transport you into a tropical oasis.
